Sales training sessions are usually associated with sales performance and management. But what if the number of customers and orders they are making is fine yet the receiving of payment is a struggle?


One of our long-lasting customers asked us to prepare the program for their sales force to strengthen them in the difficult art of conversation about paying on time. Due to the fact that the subject of money is a sensitive topic, we will not give the name of the company.


This is fantastic example why combination of sales consulting and sales training makes a difference. To find a solution to such individual demand, some kind of investigation is needed first. And this is a place for sales consulting. The sales training program is the last part – the effect of consulting.

Finding bottlenecks and diagnosing dilemmas to be resolved is crucial. Only through such careful analysis it is possible to find the right solutions that will ensure the desired end effect.

The program was prepared, after sales consulting process, under the watchful eye of our MD, Senior Consultant Izabela Sysko-Chrząstowska. It included the online survey, virtual training for managers and the virtual workshops for the team. More than one department took part in this project and training programs were adjusted for the needs of each of them.

The result was impressive. In the month following the training sessions, more than 1 000 000 zloty of overdue payments were collected.
